Who counts as a person?
Everyone in People, including your staff. Volunteers and members are people; there’s no separate count for users.
What if we grow past our size?
You’re never locked out. We email you, and the new price starts at your next bill.
What if we get smaller?
Your price goes down at the next bill.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Not right now. Every plan is monthly, and you can cancel any time.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. When we launch, you’ll start your 30-day trial with just your name, email and church name.
What happens when the trial ends or we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted right away. Your account becomes read-only for 30 days, and Admins can export your people at any time. After that the account is paused, and your data is removed 6 months after it ended. We email Admins before each step.
Do you do online giving?
No. Keep using your giving tool; Shepherds Inbox handles the people and follow-up side.
