We built Shepherds Inbox because good people kept slipping through the cracks, not for lack of caring, but because nobody knew it was theirs to follow up.
Why we built it
It started with volunteers. People raised their hands to serve and then waited too long to hear back, or never did. The leaders cared; they just had no simple way to know who was waiting on them.
So we built one: a signup form that sends each person to the right leader, reminders until someone reaches out, and a view for pastors to see who’s still waiting. Then we widened it to everyone in the church, with one record per person and one list of follow-ups for every leader.
